1. Order Processing Time

We aim to process orders within 2-3 business days.

If an item unexpectedly is out of stock, processing may take up to 1 to 2 weeks.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Customs & Import Duties:

For orders outside the UK, customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are collected by the carrier upon delivery.

 

Delays: While we aim to meet these timeframes, deliveries may be delayed due to weather, customs processing, or high seasonal demand.

 

Tracking Information

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Signature may be required for high-value orders.

3. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

At Leopoldine, we ensure all packages are tracked to minimise lost shipments. However, once an order is handed over to the courier, delivery is out of our control.

If your package is delayed, please wait at least 7 days past the expected delivery date before contacting us.

If your package is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the courier. This process can take up to 10 business days.

If your order is confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund based on the courier's resolution.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend checking with neighbours, reception desks, or your local post office. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for stolen packages.

4. Returns & Address Issues

Incorrect Shipping Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for a reshipment.

Reshipping fees will be at the customer's expense.

Unclaimed Packages: If a package is unclaimed (e.g., failure to collect from a post office or missed delivery attempts), it will be returned to us.

We can reship it at your expense or issue a partial refund (excluding shipping costs).
